Rental Terms

House rates are in US Dollars

In season: Dec 1st thru Apr 30th

Low season: May 1st thru Nov 30th

A 50% deposit is required with a confirmed reservation. The balance is due 30 days before rental.

If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the reservation, a full refund will be given.

There will be no refund for any reason, if cancellation is received within 60 days of the reservation.

A security deposit of $250 is due with final payment. This is fully refundable if there is no damage and inventory is accounted for.
